About this policy
FIND is a product of CODE Digital Technologies LLC. This policy describes FIND's corporate website, free Accounts service and Support/Partners requests. Product search, coupons and app downloads remain unavailable.
Information this site handles
When you visit, the infrastructure used to deliver and protect the site may process network and request information, such as an IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and technical error or security information. Standard infrastructure and network logging may occur.
The corporate website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The Accounts and private Operations services use DigitalOcean. Hosting and network infrastructure providers may process technical information as part of delivering, securing and operating their services.
What we do not intentionally collect here
This site does not intentionally introduce marketing analytics, advertising cookies or fingerprinting. Free account registration is on the separate Accounts service. There is no payment collection, photo or audio upload, or live product search. It does not collect a shopping search history.
The product interfaces shown here are illustrations. They do not accept a search, access your camera or microphone, or contact retailers.
Aggregate website measurements
First-party aggregate website measurements count page groups, languages, broad device/source categories and CTA events; it stores no visitor identifier, raw IP, precise location, complete referrer or free-form campaign value. These event counts are not unique people. Infrastructure logging remains separate.
Retailer navigation
A deliberate directory activation sends the public retailer key, route revision, placement and page language to FIND for current authorization. The first-party record distinguishes authorized handoffs from unavailable routes, using a retry identifier for that interaction. It does not retain your IP, private search, media or an identifier across visits. Approved affiliate destinations may transmit the program’s attribution parameters to the retailer or network after activation. Optional aggregate page measurements use bounded campaign categories; unrecognized values become Other.
Language preference
If you choose EN or ES, this site remembers only that language choice in your browser using local storage. It does not require an account. The page language is one coarse aggregate measurement dimension. You can switch language at any time or clear the preference by clearing this site’s browser data. If browser storage is unavailable, the language links still work.
Email communications
If you email FIND, your email address, message and any information you choose to include are processed so we can respond to and handle your inquiry. Our email service provider supports that processing.
Please include only what is needed for your request. Do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information unnecessarily.
Use, access and retention
Technical information is used for site delivery, operation and security. Email information is used to address the communication. Relevant hosting and email providers may handle information to provide these services.
Support and Partners cases are retained for twelve calendar months after closure; reopening removes the closure deadline. Account information remains while the account is held, subject to verified deletion and applicable obligations. Providers have their own technical retention. Delivery events are distinct from confirmed inbox receipt.
Security
We take measures appropriate to this site's operation to protect information. No internet service or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Report a FIND security concern to [email protected].

The future FIND app
Before public app launch, the app privacy policy will reflect its actual data practices and controls. This website policy does not claim that future app features are operating today. We may update this page as the website changes.
Contact requests and operational records
When you submit a support or partner request, FIND processes the fields you provide to receive, respond to and administer that request. The reference is a receipt, not proof of account ownership. Internal notes and audit records remain private and access is limited by role.
A submission remains unsent when intake is unavailable. Provider acceptance does not establish email delivery. Public search, product uploads, coupon disclosure and app downloads remain unavailable. Free accounts are on the separate Accounts service. You can request verified deletion of Support/Partners contact records without creating an app account. FIND verifies control of the contact email for that purpose. Account deletion has its own separate ownership transaction.
Free account information
The free account requires a full name, email and password, with an email verification code. Name and email are personal data; passwords are security-sensitive and stored only as salted password hashes. Shared Web/app identity does not remove privacy or verified deletion rights.
